As the SHRM Annual conference approaches, my wife asked me what I was most looking forward to during my time at the conference. While she asked about the speakers and the sessions, my thoughts immediately went to my many colleagues whom I get to spend time with and learn from – both at the conference and at events in the evening. So, while there will certainly be some learning moments from the sessions I will attend and from the vendors I will meet, I am especially excited to reconnect with and learn from my friends!
